| WATER PARK IN KATOWICE - Most favorable location for this type of facility in Poland - About 5 million people in its catchment area - Investment value about 200 m PLN - Implementation planned under the public-private partnership formula - The biggest facility of this type in Poland Project Scope: - 9,6 ha to be adapted by a potential partner for the Water Park: - A modern indoor pool&recreation complex with usable space of ca. 14,500 m2 (Water Park) - A complex of outdoor, seasonal pools surrounded by green areas and sport fields - Car parks - Additional supporting facilities (i.e. hotel, restaurants) Estimated value of the Project: - ca. PLN 200 m net (Water Park + hotel) - Commercial facilities dependent on the Private Partner's concept Location of the Water Park in Katowice Water Park investment will be located in Katowice between Ceglana, Tadeusza Kościuszki and Alfonsa Zgrzebnioka Streets. :: Location map - good accessibility: short distance from the A4 motorway (approx. 2 km from the A4 exit), approx. 2.2 km to the railway station; - attractive location in the green part of Katowice, in the direct neighbourhood of the Tadeusz Kościuszko Park (approx. 51 ha).
