| Welcome to the website of the Water Park in Katowice - the investment project of City of Katowice. The Water Park in Katowice will be located on app. 9,6 ha site between Ceglana, Kościuszki and Zgrzebnioka Street, near the Tadeusz Kościuszko Park. The investment value amounts to about PLN 200 million. The functional programme of the complex combines a state-of-the-art facility with several outdoor and indoor pools, comprehensive wellness and spa services and food court. Depending on the private investor's preferences, the construction of the other commercial facilities such as the hotel or the restaurant is also considered. The construction of the car park is also planned. The aim of the complex is to assure the wide scope of recreation possibilities to the City inhabitants and visitors of Katowice. The City of Katowice is planning to complete the project in cooperation with a private partner on the basis of the Public-Private Partnership Act of 2008. :: Presentation about the investment |
